Looking for your package?

Please inspect your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to ensure that nothing is hidden or jammed. Also, check with your neighbors to see if they received it for you. And if your package hasn’t arrived after three or more days, please get in touch with us.

We only ship to the United States. Due to high order volume, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Business Hours are from Monday- Friday, 9 am-5 pm. (CST)

On weekends or holidays, we do not ship.

*For updates on your order’s shipping status, please get in touch with the mail carrier (USPS or FedEx).

WRONG ADDRESS:

Lawless Labs is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier, including stolen or missing packages. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

This includes the following:

Orders were lost because the customer provided an incorrect address (e.g., incorrect street name, apt #, street number, etc.).

Orders that have not been claimed or have been refused

For lost orders due to an incorrect address or unclaimed or refused orders, please get in touch with your mail carrier with your full name and tracking number.

CLAIMS:

If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Requests for claim assistance must be made within seven business days of a package being marked as delivered.

***Filing a claim does not guarantee that we will be able to reship or refund your order.*** Our decision will be based on the carrier’s findings once the investigation is completed.
